PIAA Submits Testimony to Congress

PIAA submitted testimony to the House Energy & Commerce Committee advocating for including state standard of care protections in legislation to replace Medicare's Sustainable Growth Rate formula. The testimony said legislation was needed to “ensure that federal rules and guidelines were not used for legal purposes for which they were never intended.” To view the testimony, click here.
